- Three office buildings in Istanbul with approximately 20,000 m2 of rented area,
- Pendorya Shopping Center Project in Pendik/Istanbul with 30.000 m2 of GLA that is currently under construction, and
- A piece of land in Adana (a city in the southern coastal regions of Turkey) with a city hotel project under development.
