REITs are capital market corporations which can invest on real estate and capital market instruments based on real estate, real estate projects, rights based on real estate and instruments of capital market, which can establish ordinary partnerships for carrying out certain projects and show other activities permitted by the Communiqué. Partnerships can be established temporarily in order to carry out a specific project, temporarily or permanently in order to invest on specific fields or without any limitation of purpose.
