B. Gökhan Çanakpınar

Member of the Board of Directors

B. Gökhan Çanakpınar graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara. He worked several years at the Information Technology Department of İşbank and joined TSKB in 1996. After having assumed various managerial responsibilities, he was appointed as the Group Head of the IT Department as of the end of 2010. Çanakpınar is an Auditor of TSKB REIT since 2006 and he was appointed as Board Member in 2011.

Ömer Eryılmaz

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Ömer Eryılmaz graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of Istanbul University. He began his career in 1986 at Sınai Yatırım Bankası and became the Financial Control Manager in 1999. Since 2002, he has been the Head of the TSKB’s Risk Management Department and was promoted to the Head of the Board of Inspectors in 2003. Eryılmaz became an Executive Vice President in 2006 and is currently responsible for the Financial Control & Head Office Operations Division. Eryılmaz was the Deputy Chairman at TSKB REIT since 2006 and he was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2011.

Ufuk Bala Yücel

Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Directors

Ufuk Bala Yücel graduated from the Department of Political Science at the Bosphorus University in Istanbul. She obtained her master’s degree from the Banking and Insurance Department at the Marmara University. Beginning her career in 1987, Yücel joined TSKB as the Loans Manager in 2002 after having served in a variety of banks. Promoted to the post of Group Manager in 2007, Yücel has been working as an Executive Vice President at TSKB since the beginning of 2008 and is currently responsible for the Loans Division. Yucel was a Board Member since 2007 and she was appointed as Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Directors in 2011.

Mustafa Göktaş

Member of the Board of Directors

He holds BA degree in Industrial Engineering and MA degree in Economics at Boğaziçi University. He began his banking carrier as Financial Control Associate in Koçbank in 1996. He, later, joined in TSKB as Senior Manager in Financial Control Department in 2006 and promoted to the Department Head in 2008. Mustafa Göktaş holds SMMM certificate. Göktaş was appointed as Board Member in 2011.

Meral Özçiçek

Member of the Board of Directors

She studied Economics at Boğaziçi University. She started to work her career as Treasury Assistant Dealer in TSKB in year 1998. She promoted to Manager position in 2005 and Senior Manager position in 2009 in Treasury Department. In year 2012 she has been assigned to Financial Institutions Department as Department Head. Özçiçek was appointed as a Board Member in 2011.

Ali Rıza Keskinalemdar

Independent Member of the Board of Directors

Ali Rıza Keskinalemdar graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration of Istanbul University. He began his career in Akbank as a financial analyst. He served long years in various sections of the bank and also assumed managerial resposibilities. Keskinalemdar was appointed as an Independent Board Member in 2010.

Olcay Hedili

Auditor

Olcay Hedili graduated from the Department of Economics at Middle East Technical University Beginning her carrier in1991, Hedili joined TSKB as the Human Resources Department Head in 2002 after having served in variety of the banks. Hedili has been holding the position of the Head of Talent Management & Corporate Communications since 2010. Hedili was appointed as an Auditor in the General Assembly of 2011.

Cüneyt Demirkaya

Auditor

Cüneyt Demirkaya graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering at the Istanbul Technical University. He has a master's degree on Construction Management from the same university and a PhD on Business Administration from Marmara University. Demirkaya joined TSKB in 2007 and is currently working as the Head of Portfolio Management. Demirkaya was appointed as an Auditor in the General Assembly of 2010.

İbrahim Ümit Seğmen

Independent Member

Ümit Seğmen, born in Istanbul in 1956, completed his education at the Department of Industrial Engineering of Istanbul Technical University between 1975 and 1980 and received master's degree in the Faculty of Management of Istanbul Technical University between 1980 and 1982. He worked as advisor and expert in the technical assessment and expertise of the projects at Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. between 1982 and 2003.
