Beginning its activities in 1950, Industrial Development Bank of Turkey (TSKB) is the first private investment and development bank of Turkey. The strongest financial institutions have come under the same roof to form the sound partnership structure of TSKB. 32.6% of the banking shares of TSKB, whose main shareholder is T.C. Is Bankasi Group (50. 1%), are traded on the National Market of ISE (Istanbul Stock Exchange) under the code of TSKB.
