Tahir Han was built in 1935, consists of 6 stories, and has a total closed area of 3200 sqm. There are several tenants using the building and it has a sea view above the second floor. TSKB REIC has 106/144 share of the building.
According to this valuation report as of 14.02.2007, our share in the real estate is worth of YTL 3,651,000.

Fındıklı Office Buildings

The two buildings with approximately 17,000 sqm of closed area in total are located along Meclisi Mebusan Avenue in Fındıklı. The offices are currently rented to TSKB and other TSKB Group of companies.

The land is approximately 23,000 sqm and is at the crossroad that connects two main highways to eachother at the Anatolian Side of Istanbul. It is located 1.5 km. to Pendik coastline, 3.5 km. to Pendik City center and 8 km. to Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
