After having been officially established at the beginning of 2006, TSKB GYO started to work on building its real estate portfolio.

The major portion of the projects currently under appraisal belongs to the investments in the industrial and commercial sectors. Supported by the unique expertise of TSKB’s investment and development banking activities for more than 50 years, TSKB GYO aims at fulfilling the investment requirements in these sectors as well as providing the shareholders with high and sustainable returns.

Real estate investments such as business and shopping centers or projects in tourism, health, and logistics sectors are currently the primary focus areas of TSKB GYO. The investments under evaluation are mainly located within Istanbul and its vicinity, whereas there are also projects in certain developing regions throughout Turkey.

Housing projects are also being taken into consideration with respect to their characteristics and profitability. In this context, several “boutique” investment opportunities and cooperation alternatives are currently under study.
