As a capital markets institution, TSKB REIT can invest into real estate, capital market instruments backed by real estate, real estate development projects, and other capital market instruments; establish partnerships to realize certain projects and is allowed to get into further activities within the framework of the relevant Communiqué of the CMB.

Size of the assets of TSKB REIT which had an initial paid in capital of TL 10 million has reached TL 1.823 million and the gross leasable area (GLA) under management approximately 65 thousand m2 from 3 thousand as of end of March 2023 due to the investments added to the portfolio throughout the years. Company's paid in capital has been increased TL 650,000,000 in 2021 of September and the shares representing TL 73.214.906 have been listed and started to be Borsa Istanbul.
